Exchanging Referrals

Hey, I have a close friend who is graduating next spring and is starting to look for jobs. He doesn’t have any internships so he’s having a hard time hearing back, but he is really smart and would be a great engineer IMO. He’s not picky about where he goes but just wants a job.
