I'm an IC4 which is the standard for experienced non-sr leader support leveling, although many EAs get under leveled when the sign on as an IC3, and it's VERY hard to get promoted to an IC5.
Also ps culture is shitting the bed quickly, the admin program is rapidly getting siloed and they are doing some weird stuff with our performance reviews and support levels. Not every admin org is toxic, but there are some that are pretty intensely so and it's surprising when the company narrative is "be authentic you", and "open and welcome feedback". Not the case for me at all and wouldn't recommend to EAs that are looking to dive into culture or strategic initiatives. It's rough!
