Executives accused of misconduct get millions as compensation!! Shouldn't their name go in sexual offenders list?

Google just disclosed how much they paid top executives who were accused of sexual misconduct. Shouldn't rules be defined around this by now? Should they be paid to retire while ethical employees struggle to get their mortgage payments in time! Their names should go on a public offenders list and they should be barred from all companies.

Crimes are legal if you’re wealthy

They'd have to be convicted first. Otherwise, things would go south pretty quickly.

Yeah, let's make public lists of people accused of doing thing X. Guilty until proven innocent.

Look at the Seattle guy who got DUI for 7 times or somethings but never had full jail time. He owns telecom company and judge even allowed him to come to work during the day and stay in jail only during night time or something.

So you're automatically guilty as soon as you're accused?

So you are paid millions for benefit of doubt?

What else can google do? They need to save themselves, but the guy is not guilty.
