Expected yearly bonus at FB?

I'm trying to evaluate my offer from FB for E5 (4.5yoe): 186k 400k stock over 4 years 15% annual bonus TC is around 314k My current TC is 300k at Google, but I've consistently received bonuses around 20+% of my salary. I'm wondering how common it is for engineers to receive more that 15% bonus, and trying to get at least 350k before making the switch. Update: I accepted an offer of 195k base, 15% bonus, 600k rsu, 30k sign on, 404k TC
