Expecting l6 amazon india offer? What should be expectations, have they increased budgeting?

Yeah L6 SDM does a 1.6-1.8! But it depends upon loop results & current TC as well.

Avg 1.3 cr for sde 3
1.3 is max for SDE 3. Anything above that is posted on blind is due to stock growth and not normal TC
I see comments for lateral hire upto 1.7
Only with signing bonus AFAIK and that too can go up to 1.5. I personally know Amazon SDM and range is 1.3 Max AFAiK till Dec 2021. 1.7 is in PE range and not SDE 3
