Hi all, Have received offer from Expedia for the Senior Product Manager role in Seattle. What should be the TC compensation (Base, stocks, sign on, annual bonus) for this role? I have competing offers of TC~ 210k from two other firms. YOE~ 5
How did you "receive an offer" that didnt detail comp? Anyway, target bonus at that level is 17.5% everything else is negotiable and the band is very wide. Competing offers and how badly they want you determine where the rest shakes out. I dont work in product, so I cant comment on likely comp but dont expect FANG level RSUs....
They have replied that they are interested in moving forward for an offer. Have asked my expectations. Can you provide those ranges that can give me good gist about what can be my ask?
I think the band ranges from the lower 100's to the high 100's for base for seattle...which isnt very helpful. I'd check glassdoor for the role. I would think is data there for sr pms. If there are more specific targets for this role at this level, I am not aware.
Don't expect FAANG level TC. It's a place for PMs to coast and retire.

That’s really helpful. Do you have any information regarding sign on and relocation?
I know a principal PM and the base is 160K , TC around 200K . You should expect TC of 150-170K
Go to Expedia for getting to work 20-30 hrs a week and shitty pay. Pretty much nothing else is worth going there for
