Mostly bunch of kids who got promoted for being mates/roomies with founders and early employers. Mono-rails still rampant!

From what I hear it's a big rails app with lots of red tape put in place to avoid any innovation. Stripe forces everything in the development environment up to your text editor. I would not survive in such closed minded setup

Woah, that couldn’t be further from the truth :/ - No rails - Dev env is up to you: seen ppl using vim, emacs, rubbymine, vscode - 1 reviewer required for a PR merge (no red tape)
