I just have a curious question on why there is one point rating gap between glass door and blind. I found the ratings of other big companies like Google and Facebook are pretty close between glass door and blind. Is this because the quorums
are different? But it doesn't make sense Google is consistent.

Amazon may be getting all the warehouse workers and whatnot on glassdoor but those same individuals probably aren't on Blind.

Yes. Warehouse workers are ignorant, which is a bliss. The curse of knowledge. The more you know, the unhappier you'll become.

Its not ignorance, it's other prospects. For a warehouse job Amazon has less bullshit and better pay. (Still a lot of bullshit and not great pay) - but the alternatives are terrible.

For SWE, alternatives are so much better.

Take 401k - warehouse workers are happy to even have one. Tech works for wtf, why not 10k on matching?
