Am interested in a 20 yr old townhome in downtown Redmond, WA. Close to Microsoft office and great schools. It’s priced around 750k.
Is it worth the investment? This will be my primary residence. Married with a kid. Can’t afford for more monthly mortgage. Wife isn’t working at the moment.
