Some wisdom to become high performer in Google?

Hi everyone,
I have just received L4 offer from Google for Android SWE. I am very happy and ready to do my best at Google. I would like to ask Googlers/ex-Googlers some nice tips to become a high performer in Google. I prefer genuine methods, solid steps to shortcuts (but it's ok if you can share some shortcuts 😀). I don't mind working hard to improve myself. I am studying these 2 books to solidify my software engineering skills before joining Google:
1. Computer Systems: A Programmer's Perspective
2. Designing Data-Intensive Applications
Please share your wisdom.
Thank you for reading!

Google is very slow moving. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to be a great performer, otherwise you risk melting down from frustration.
It doesn't matter how trivial. Ensure you have a full design doc, provide all options, gain broad approval, create timelines, objectives ext. Prioritize the work, then try to delegate to literally anyone else to show leadership.
Google is mostly a political game if you want to be a "high performer".
For L4 onsite, there were 3 DSA sessions and 1 session for Googleyness
