HELP NEEDED: H4 Dropbox Appointment- what am I doing wrong ?

Trying to get an appointment for Dec-Jan 2021-22 for my wife in India (Delhi/Chandigarh)
She qualifies for H4 Dropbox but going through the cgi website after paying all the required fees etc..I just see this:

What am I doing wrong ..how do I see a calendar with dates even if they are not available???

We also have an EAD/AP card and looks like will just have to use that to enter the US..
