No matter how nice the contracting roles sound, TVCs are super limited in access and exposure (for the right reasons). I don't wanna say 2nd or 3rd class citizen but you get the idea.
I have a friend who is a DE contractor (through Big 4 tech consulting) and heโs crushing it and getting lots of exposure internally.
That said still always better to be FTE
