(for employees at the mentioned companies) how to interpret results: compare proportion of "FEAR" = yes/(total votes) = yes/(yes+no) across companies
Wow. Amazon seems pretty toxic!
Still less so than Netflix

s/Should of/Should have
Tsukino what about you? Do u vote yes r no?
lol not really, unless some unexpected political storm happens
Tldr: netflix beat out amazon
Netflix always has pressure of getting fired and mostly it’s a surprise. Regret my decision of joining on H1B, planning on leaving soon.
Yeah I was listening to a podcast with the former head of HR that designed their policy seems pretty damn ruthless but I guess whatever keeps the lights on?
RIP Amazon and Netflix. I thought Facebook hands out more PIPs judging by the number of posts.
FB is more intense than Amazon. Many Amazonians are in happy hours now who aren’t voting. On the other hand many FB-ians are committing code right now, so they’re not voting either!
Is amazon really that bad? I’m joining not as a developer
PIP happens everywhere. From the smallest shops to biggest orgs. Some places are just better at hiding it. Don’t ever think for one second an employer has a heart. They’ll cut you and turn a blind eye to save their own ass.
These poll options hurt my eyes.

I take back my words @tsukino. You are doing God’s work indeed.
