I’m almost certain you can’t get more for e5 even with competing offer. Your sign on bonus is highest I’ve heard for industry hires, and base/rsu are top in the band. They must have loved you very much in the interview!

For comparison, I had 190k salary but only 500k rsus and 70k bonus.

I haven't had a psc yet. I think I could be e6 but I'm glad they started me as e5 so I can be sure I compete well with fb e6 before I am required to perform at e6.
My manager says if I really am underleveled then a promo in 2 halves is possible

I got under average reviews after promoting to L65 so wasn't getting good stock awards nor bonuses :-(

Get more offers if you want more, they will only compete if you do

So, what’s the typical RSU grant for E5 industry hire?

Damn, I only got 350k :((, and knew someone got 300 so I was thinking 350 was good enough

Then 350k is typical, there is nowhere we can fact check, everything is based on historical data posted here. TBH, I’m not even sure if op really has that offer, maybe he is just trying to find the max for better negotiation

Is that for Seattle? Any competing offers or negotiations took place? I believe that’s absolute max they can give.
