What is the different in charter, scale of influence of an IC6 vs IC7 PM at Facebook?

How is level determined through the interview process? Does performance in Product Sense, Execution and Leadership& Drive impact level decision? Or is level primarily determined by Leadership and Drive + prior experience, scale of influence etc? If it’s the former, what are some ways to set yourself apart as a senior PM vs an RPM in product sense and execution interviews? #productmanagement #facebook

    You should insist you will only interview for ic6 or 7. That’s the only way. But don’t be surprised if you are ghosted for years, and once you hit relevant experience level they will get back to you.
