Is this a good offer for L4 TPM in Bay Area Base - 161k RSU - 320k Sign on - 50k Bonus - 10% Coming with 13 YoE with roughly 6 yrs TPM experience and rest SW QA exp in mobile wireless space
Thats an entry level L4 TC offer. Curious how you only got L4 with 13 yoe? Did FB lowball you or is this still higher than your previous TC (or both). For reference, new grad PHD’s with no exp join at this TC for Lyft. I’m an L5 going to L6 this year with 5 yrs exp. (2 yrs as TPM)

You could but it's a good offer so it'll come down to how bad they want you and how well you negotiate
wtf....that stock looks like L5. i thought highest l4 tpm was 160 base/160 stocks. guess they're upping tpm offers.
