Is it 2 questions per coding interview? Seems a bit different format from the other FAANGS. #facebook #interview #onsite #fb
Yes, i just had on site last week. There is usually enough time to solve the 2 problems, expect like medium leetcode.
Yes if only solve 1, almost you can assume you just fail
Lol no. I only asked one question with many follow ups.
No. Absolutely no. I ask just one question.
Hey! I've a upcoming phone Coding interview at FB London for new grad, would you mind sharing some last moment tips to give the best shot.
The internal guidance is to ask two questions, but not everyone follows it. Some people ask a two-part question instead; if you get asked only one single question, your interviewer is failing to manage time properly, but realistically that happens sometimes.
Recommended to get more signals but not required. Okay to ask 1 q with follow-ups.
Did mine last week. Got one very easy question and lots of follow ups.
Yes they must be disqualified. Or better made to book a motel 8 on Expedia to get an overpriced room because LAST ONE LEFT! This is a POPULAR DESTINATION FOR THE DATES YOU HAVE SELECTED !
Did a loop recently- 3 coding rounds, two questions each. In one case the two were related (bigint addition followed by bigint multiplication) but the others, the questions were unrelated. Also had a 10min problem at the end of behavioral
Overall the coding rounds felt less random than Google where I felt like I was getting lucky with the questions I felt like I could do infinite Facebook rounds and get the same results whereas if I had to do a fourth coding round at Google I couldn't tell you what the result would be
Wait... so your question was big int addition? So you had to do this? BigInteger a = new BigInteger(“123”); BigInteger b = new BigInteger(“321”); BigInteger sum = a.add(b);
Yes, 2 questions.
