FB recruiter wants feedback on the interview process. is this common? how to read it ?
i had onsite with FB last week. Interview went okay. i am neither optimistic nor pessimistic about my chances. A day after the inteview, the recruiter asked for a time slot to get my feedback on the interview process. Oddly, I didnt meet with any recruiter on the day of onsite. Anyone had similar experience? what to expect?
I hope mine recruiter would request feedback. I think it's ok. If they are open then my feedback would be treated accordingly. If it is bullshit then I hope they won't hire me)

Just got off the phone. Yes, it was to collect the candidate experience . He didn’t have any update on the interview results . He said he’d call back by the end of the week with results
When did you had your interview last week?
Is this on top of survey link they send you the next day?
