Does fb/google have same TC for Boston as compared to NYC or Bay Area for engineering roles?

What are you smoking? Median home price in SF is $1.3 mil, and median sale price of Boston homes is $630k. Even the metro area median price is 1.8x higher in the Bay. Rents are much higher as well
I was only comparing luxury apartments in downtown Boston / Cambridge to the Manhattan/BK/JC equivalents and it seems they cost roughly the same. On a related note, my girlfriend just moved there and the market is so very different wrt application fees, timing etc. You have to pay one month of rent to simply apply for an apartment!
FB pays same for all locations in the US Google does adjust though. Think it's Bay/NYC > Seattle/Boston/LA > everything else, but I'm not completely sure about the 2nd tier.
