What is Lead Product Manager comp , Rockville MD location ?
I can share info about product manager role. TC Varies based on your location. It’s not remote only, it’s really any FINRA Location, hybrid. Meaning you may have to go to office if there is purpose. Not daily. Most of the teams are remote now. Comp range for SWE and Prod manager are really same as they are under the same org. What’s your location?
Thanks for clarifying the remote piece. If there’s multiple locations on the job posting, does that mean the team is spread out across 10+ locations? For TC, I’m based in Dallas, TX.
I think it’s more to do with giving flexibility for the candidate location. Doesn’t mean the team is spread across 10 locations. For Dallas Base max is 150. They may get to 130 max as they typically leave room for increments for a few years. FINRA’s annual increments are usually 2-3% per year. Bonus is around 10-15%. This might not necessarily be a great move for you interms of TC.
