Hi
Can you tell me is it a good company to join for software engineers given they belong to mining field and pay a lot?

  • If you want to be a software engineer, it's probably not the place. Chemical Engineers do very well. Mechanical Engineers are second class citizens. Software Engineers aren't as respected as you would be if you go to a tech company. I've worked in both Oil and Gas and Tech.
