FPGA Engineer at lab126 salary (Washington)?

I have 7-8 years of industry experience. What Total Compensation should I expect? I think this is a fair expectation: (1) BASE: 150-160K, (2) Sign-on Bonus: 50-60Kish, and (3) RSU of 300 to 350ish over 4 year period I'm kind of naive when it comes to these things. Need Help

Education level? Level offered? Seems like you could negotiate up a bit.

Masters in Computer Engineering. I don't know what level I'm being offered. I'll be talking to the recruiter in a few days. Please break it down for me -- the "negotiate up" a bit part. I need all the information I can before I go into this call update: I understood what different levels mean. I am very very likely to come under Level 6.

sorry; I meant 300K dollars for a HW engineering role.

This doesn’t make sense. Your first year TC is 225K and 3rd year TC is 270K. Amazon doesn’t offer that big difference. Maybe, you want to increase your sign on by 75K which will bring your first year TC by 250K

Can you please break it down for me? 160 + 60/2 (bonus split over two years) + 5% of 300K = 205K take home first year. Increase sign on by 75K or to 75K? And is that 1 year or two years?

Update: I'll be at level 5. How does that affect the TC and final offer?
