Should be close to $450K assuming it’s architecture or design. Ask for a sign on of $100K/yr over 2 years. RSU should be 400K, base ~ 220K. You gotta run your home, not live on the pavement!

You will not get 220K base at E5. The plus 3 sigma is 215K for that... E5 to E6 is a big step and they can't out you at highest end of the band. RSU 400K may be do-able but that is the outermost limit. Mind this is for a non-SWE
