FRL E5 HW offer evaluation

Just got an E5 offer for a HW position at FRL. It seems low to me. Curious to what the Blind community thinks. level: E5 Location: Menlo Park Base: 185k RSU: 240k/ 4 years Sign-on: 0 TC: 245k Currently: ICT4@Apple TC: 350k after stock appreciation, 240k original Am I just spoiled by Apple stock appreciation, or does this seem too low for E5? Edit, since people are asking: Area: Design (system integration) YOE: 10 total, 4@Apple Edit 2: Here are the post-negotiation numbers: Base: 205k RSU: 380k Sign-on: 60k TC: 360k Is there room to push more? Edit3: Apparently FB is very receptive to negotiation. Final numbers: Base: 205k RSU: 425k Sign-on: 80k TC: 390k Stay or jump?

Should be close to $450K assuming it’s architecture or design. Ask for a sign on of $100K/yr over 2 years. RSU should be 400K, base ~ 220K. You gotta run your home, not live on the pavement!

You will not get 220K base at E5. The plus 3 sigma is 215K for that... E5 to E6 is a big step and they can't out you at highest end of the band. RSU 400K may be do-able but that is the outermost limit. Mind this is for a non-SWE
