Wondering if any FB recruiters here think I have room to negotiate on this offer OR as they told me, their offers are heavily standardized by role and level and very competitive in the tech space. (I’ve heard FB pays the best)

Also - I didn’t mention, this is 100% remote and I’m in Texas, so they are basing this on Austin cost structure I believe
The total comp in Austin for SWE M2s is not in the $1M range. Also, if your job family is in/similar to PM or Ops the pay band will be lower than core engineering roles.
