I see a lot of negative articles on them. There’s one that marks them as ‘The most ridiculous IPO OF 2020’. Yet, they just raised their expected IPO price again this morning to $90-95. Would you all invest in this?

I think that article fails to realize that DD barely made a profit because they are spending all of their money to expand and grow. But the fact that even after all that money spent, they are only losing millions instead of the billions Uber loses means DD is a crazy efficient company.

Also, I think higher volume of orders helps them in cost reduction (batched orders, shorter rides etc). And that’s what investors might be betting on. But DD needs to keep market share dominance for this.

Suburban orders mean the size of the basket per order is bigger. DD rules the suburbs

    • That guy says crazy things and made a fluke for WeWork. In this article he says competition offers the same service for free. Where is this competition? - I would like to sign up. Total BS.
Further leadership at Doordash is much better than any other gig company around. WeWork was leadership gone wrong.
