Different offices have different questions. For the Bay Area, you’ll have one on-campus interview which has pretty straightforward questions (mostly behavioral). Then if you move forward, you’ll get a take home case study prior to your next in-person interview. Key thing to keep in mind with the case study is “does the answer from the data logically make sense?”. In person, there are usually 3 interviews and a nice lunch. The interviewers will ask you follow up questions to your case study, ask about the experience on your resume, some behavioral questions, etc. Nothing too crazy. Lunch is casual and with other associates but still recommend staying very professional.
What segment are you interviewing for? It’ll vary depending on segment: FLC, Corporate Finance, Strategic Communications, etc.
