Goldman Sachs Early Career Virtual Interveiw
Hi Everyone, My bf is working in construction management. While he is a great worker and has experience, he's having a hard time finding a new job. Mainly a combination of slow down on the construction industry in NYC and the fact his company focuses on residential construction, which is at a much smaller scale compared to big construction firms. He just got asked to do the early careers virtual interview with GS for Project Management. I wanted to ask if anyone has any feedback on what should he expect? He read online that they may ask him brain teasing questions but that sounds weird. Is that really a thing? when you apply for early careers project management, they can put you in various divisions based on your resume and past work experiences. I got matched with operations and all of my interview questions were behavioral!

The last time I interviewed with GS was 5 years ago so my experience may be outdated but I think they stopped asking such bizarre brain teaser questions a long time ago so he might be fine
