Engineering manager interviews

Hi all, I’m looking for a remote friendly engineering manager position. I kicked off the interview process this week with Twitter, Facebook, google, and Marqeta. I also was referred into Dropbox but they didn’t even bother to call me. Internally, the status was changed to reject 🤷‍♀️kind of crappy IMO. If anyone can shed some lights on the interview processes would be a great help. I’m also open to other companies as well.
