Facebook - Commerce Support Program Manager (CA)

Can anyone at Facebook shed some light on what a Commerce Support Program Manager does? I read the job description but it was pretty vague. Is this a tech/non-tech position? What kind of experience does one need to be successful in this role? TC expectations? Is the Commerce unit part of the marketplace team or is this something completely different? What do Support Program Managers work on? Any insight into what to expect in this role would be helpful :) #facebook

Lol it’s probably vague because the strategy shifts once every other month with a reorg a few times a year. Commerce could be platform work or marketplace specific, you should ask the hiring manager.
