Facebook DS IC6
I am currently a L5 DS, Analytics at Airbnb with 6 yoe. I am on track for an L6 promotion this summer. I am interviewing for DS, Product Analytics at Facebook. Recruiter says that leveling will happen after the interview. How hard is it to get hired as L6 at FB? Are the expectations for L6 much higher? Is it even reasonable to push for it?
