Facebook E3 negotiation

Hi guys! I have been recently lucky enough to be offered an E3 position at Facebook. I have checked my offer against some of my peers' and I am pretty much on par with them. However, I have offers from some asset management / proprietary trading companies that offer me 25-30% higher TC. This said, I think I would genuinely prefer working at Facebook, but I want to tighten this compensation gap (the FB benefits are amazing, but the salary difference is still quite large). I was thinking about negociating my stock options and my sign on bonus - I heard the base is usually non-negotiable. Is Facebook typically willing to negociate entry-level salaries, given that none of my other offers is from another FAANG (the trading companies are pretty well-regarded, though)?
