Received an offer from FB for iOS software engineer. Did I get lowballed ? YOE: 9 ( 6 in US , 3 in India) Role: E4 Location : Menlo Park Base: $150K Equity: $240K ( vesting over 4 years ) Perf bonus : 10 % No sign on ( Recruiter mentioned sign on is very uncommon at FB. I’m like *yeah right* )

Solid offer, idk why people are saying it's bad. If you were expecting E5 then yeah it's bad, but in that case your interview didn't go as well as you thought

Looks bad. Heard a friend recieve 165 base 350 rsu 70 signon for E4. 2 year exp but interviews were strong
9 YOE in US? I think you should target for E5. How did your system design round go?
6 yoe in US. 3 in India. Recruiter said I did cultural and system design interview well
