I have the following offers E5 from Facebook SDE3 from Amazon Principal MTS from Salesforce Which ones would you suggest based on career growth, interesting work and culture and most importantly which is valued most of all the three ? Update: These are from different locations. TC is more or less the same considering the cost of living. Nevertheless, here are the TC details: Facebook, London - 110k base, 20k joining bonus in pounds and 400k stocks in USD Amazon, Salesforce, India - around 12 million INR including base, variable / joining bonus and stocks
While you make a choice don't underestimate the importance of decent WLB. You don't wanna look again soon. Or have physical/ mental health issues.

SDE 3 Amazon.
I would pick London just for a great quality of life and future growth prospects.
Facebook, London. That's really good pay for one of the best cities in the world. And it's not that far from India whenever you want to visit.
London is very costly compared to India and offers have the same TC. London is ruled out if you consider TC

Yes, I'm not someone who travels a lot. Also, I have a 2.5 year old kid. Staying back in India gives me the advantage of friends and family. So, I want to know if moving out of India is really worth the effort especially when TC is same.
Trust me, moving out of India will be the best decision of your life. And your kids will be endlessly thankful.
I would pick amazon assuming the team is decent. Be in India or in US if you are in tech. Lots of opportunities to switch jobs and grow as well. Brand is not as important as a good work/team. Just curious, what is your YOE?

Depends on where you want to work. I assume you are currently in India. If you are looking for wlb go for sales force. Consistently rated as one of the best companies with really good wlb. If that’s not a concern go with Facebook because of the location. It would definitely be a good exposure for you assuming that you have worked in India till now. Also Sde 3 in amazon is rated highly among all other companies as well, so you can’t go wrong with that as well.
Which offer the best compensation?
TC is almost same.
Definitely Facebook. At each of these places the team will play a significant role in your success. At FB you will get to choose your team. If you're good, your chances of being rewarded well are highest at FB.
