Recently joined Facebook as M2 with 20 reports
Got an opportunity working at G as L7
At Facebook tc is about 900k. G can provide 750k
Concern at Facebook: no clear path to grow the team to 40+ because of that growth to D1 might take a few years. Another worry is Facebook PIP culture
Concern at G: how easy would it be to grow from 7 to 8?
For those who got to Facebook 8 or Google 8, any advice?
