I heard that EA's with several years of work experience can make upwards of 150k in salary, other EA's can make 70k. Why is there such a disparity? EA = Executive Assistant
I make $160k and I have 12 yrs experience. The disparity can be for various reasons; industry, location, YOE and negotiating skills. Also, levels I'm a L6
My TC is 225k, I negotiated super well, and I’m kick ass at my job.

Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
It’s usually because the EA has worked for the exec and knows them well. They travel where the exec goes. In BA EAs making > 200K happens.
