Log off for 2 days or more and you start getting constant emails and random notifications on the app.
They don't believe in social media breaks, I do, especially around the holidays. I've ended up just deactivating my account when I don't want to check it, seems to work better. No annoying "did you see this update?" Emails.
I deactivated before and "I" kept posting and had a few access attempts from China.
They are stupidly spammy when you donโt log in. But not via sms, this is a bug
