Facebook Interviews are structured?
Farthest thing from the truth. Phone screen with hiring manager was telling me about the team, I had to drive the entire interview. Told me about the team and that was as far.as the interviewer went. Recruiter said No Open Roles for me at this point however I was considered for 3, based in my resume. What's up? How bad did I mess up/how bad is that interviewer?
Getting sour after being rejected is a very common feeling. There are definitely people who are younger but still smarter and better than you. YoE means nothing if you can't prove that you're good in the interview. Just move on
I'm not hung up on YOE. One person noted it and addressed it and there are opinions. My issues are strucutured interviewing didn't happen and how one interview disqualified me for three roles (some very different from each other) doesn't make sense.
It's ok. Just move on. They are probably just looking for someone with more experience.

Yoe is nothing. Career advancement is not a fifo queue
