Facebook QA lead interview

Oddly enough, I’ve never come across a QA person during my time at FB and my role usually works closely with them at other companies. There are product specialists who do some of their duties from time to time. I just assumed it was bc FB gave zero fucks about bugs. Move fast, break things... if users have troubles then tell them to lower their expections :D

I am one of them and yes there is QA at Facebook. We are a group of about 18 FTE's who work with an offshore vendor to test all the major and critical products at Facebook.
