im interviewing for a team lead, account management position managing a sales team in austin. thw recruiter mentioned $162k base and 15% bonus potential and $75k rsu (over 4 years) = 205,250 TC annual (but i don’t know if its common to get 100% of your bonus) thoughts? i feel like the bonus potential and/or rsus could go a little higher? anyone know about account management salaries at facebook? As a team lead especially the TC does seem low. Are the salaries different across offices for the same role? Austin has a lot of big clients so that shouldn’t be the case. Would aim for a higher base if that’s possible to be moved from IC5 to IC6 and what that entails.
