Got a program manager offer from Facebook as IC6 170k base 200k RSU 20% bonus What do you guys think? I feel like the rsu is low - any thoughts?

What level are you at G? That's way below G L6 PgM comp unless you expect FB to have refreshers the size of initial grant every year.
Yeah for sure it’s less. I don’t have a sense of if it’s half as much or a particular factor
