Facebook conversation follow up onsite interview
After onsite loop was invited to one more conversational hour round. Did it happen with anyone here before? What was the final result ?
Yep, they want one more Jedi. Any ideas why you failed?
Probably something stupid about cultural fit. My friend who referred me to show more enthusiasm about Facebook and say more positive things about them. Basically some Kool Aid stuff, didn't help me though. :D
Why is it called Jedi? I went through it but assumed it was an inside joke or something, but y’all call it Jedi too?

I had one but not Jedi. I had follow up with Ninja. Passed it and got the offer. Jedi is s little bit trickier, since it is your own personal characteristics
I have ninja n pirate follow up both, do you think i need to score great in both like strong performance, what if both give avg/weak score as hire?
They probably want to check the difficulty level of the project you worked on and the amount of leadership you exhibited in the past.
For the soft skills (Jedi), they’ll want to know more about influence, dealing with ambiguity and handling conflict with others.
Happened with me, but it was my Jedi (cultural fit) interview again. Didn't get an offer then, but did go to HC.
