While there are multiple posts on FB data engineer interviews, I am looking for some guidance on DE Lead position. For the initial phone interview the format mentioned to me includes 2 SQL, 1 or 2 Python, 1 Modeling and 1 ETL questions. Typical DE interviews test the candidate on accuracy (test cases validations) and speed (completion within 1 hour). I am not getting what is the measuring yardstick for lead interview and what approach should I use for preparation. Example: Do I need to practice codingbat / leetcode with timer? Will SQL, Python question be at same complexity as typical DE interview?
Also what are the good resources to prepare data modeling and ETL questions? If I can get a peek on some samples, that would be super helpful.
For curiosity, what level does DE lead maps at FB?
Thanks all and be safe!

Care to share any sample questions - is it like 'design data model for instagram', or like 'write report to get best selling products given this data model', or like 'how would you move data from one db to another' ?
