I had my fb onsite last week and was told that feedback discussion meeting is going to happen today (Thursday) and I will get the decision by end of this week. Is this the first meeting between interviewers? How many meetings happen after onsite before a candidate decision is made?
it’s actually mostly non interviewers. one or two of the interviewers can show up if they feel strongly
Thank you again. Finger crossing for tomorrow
good luck!
When exactly did you have your onsite?
Knew few people who went from GS to FAANG, coming from GS gives you a leg up
There are two meetings. One is debrief with recruiters and some Hiring managers deciding if your packet is decent enough to go to candidate review. If its borderline, you may be asked to do follow up interview on something. Then it goes to candidate review where typically final decisions on level and hire no hire are made. Day/Time may or may notdepend on office

Thanks for the info. Is there a case when someone is rejected even before this meeting based on individual interviewer’s feedback?
yes, if the packet is very bad it won’t even go to the meeting. so you probably got a “hire” decision from at least half of your interviewers
