Facebook follow-up design interview
I did Facebook on-site a few days back. The recruiter said feedback from all rounds were great except one system design round and they want to do one more follow up loop for system design. Is this normal ? What are my chances now? Also any tips about how to prepare for this interview ?

What kind of questions do they ask for system design round ? Can you give some examples from your experience, not necessarily from Facebook, but any other interviews you must have given ?
This post seems to be turning out about people asking me questions , than giving me answers đ. But anyways , happy to help! Depends on company. At Facebook they ask mostly to design some of their own feature. For example design the Facebook new feed system. Or design a system to search Facebook posts. Or design Facebook messenger etc.
This is what I have seen or heard so far. This might not be a rule.
Three possibilities: 1) you are target for N level but design feedback came back with N-1 hire decision and no hire at N level 2) you got no hire at any level in design round 3) you totally failed system design and there is thinking that you would do better with a different type of question like product architecture In either case, this is very common. Just try to relax, this kind of interview is hard to prep for, and those that over-prepare by rehearsing often fail with corresponding feedback. Be honest about what you know and what you are guessing about and focus. Good luck!

I have solved about 150 leetcode. One dp question during interview.
There shouldnât have been any questions expecting a DP solution, but suggesting one is always nice

All leetcode mediums. One leetcode hard. They expect 2 algo questions to be done in coding rounds (even during the leetcode hard round I did 2 questions). There are one manager interview and 2 design rounds.
