I will be an intern at Facebook in 2019. What drives the full time offer decisions? Anything in particular I should know/ work upon? Any tips in general?
Compete with your fellow intern students, who is spending more than 10 hour each day at work and most of the weekend
That’s not true this guy doesn’t know shit ^ speaking as a former intern. Do not work more than 8hrs/day (unless you have something due coming up) and do not work weekends. If you work > 40hrs/week you’re setting a precedent to do the same when/if you get a return offer
You will find out when you get here. Don't worry about it. You could ask your team contact to send you some info on what they do, programming languages they use and pick up the languages if you don't know it. Don't do anything more.
Thank you everyone
