Had an interview two weeks ago. Recruiter mentioned there were a couple of "maybe" feedback and hence need follow-ups. Wondering what is "maybe"? From what I have read on blind, it is weak, medium or strong for both hire or no-hire. Wondering what she meant by maybe. Any ideas?
It's the confidence level. Let's say they give you a weak, but the confidence level is maybe, that feedback carries less to none weight, thus they need follow ups to collect more data points. Good luck
Weak no hire to weak hire if you got average hire or no hire, you would either get an offer or rejected right away
I have interviewed a week back as well waiting for my feedback. Maybe might be a weak hire as per my interaction will few of my friends. It's not a bad thing if that is in Coding for an experienced role, or SD for a new graduate role.
Thanks for the quick responses. My interview was for management position. From what the recruiter said, systems design was maybe and leadership was maybe, mostly around conflicts and decision making. So they will dive deep in those areas. Any advice on those?. I thought I did well but maybe Facebook is looking for something else that may not be practiced at Amazon.
How long after onsite did you hear back? My recruiter is dead silent :( approaching 3 weeks now 😂
After 8-9 days.
Thanks 😊
