Hello, I've been given offers for internships for the summer from both Facebook and Activision. Facebook pays significantly higher (like 20/hr more) and I would be located in Menlo Park, but Activision has more internship experiences. Activision would take me to E3 and a bunch of other stuff, which is quite cool. I know most people here don't like gaming because they say the work hours are terrible and the pay is less. I'm mosty leaning towards Facebook because it's true FAANG, but I'm open to hear other people's thoughts.
You can buy all their games with that money. With all the DLCs.
Before joining game company: You thought joining game companies will give you all those top tier loot and infinity gold for free to show off to your friends in WoW. After joining game company: Yes, you do get the top tier loot and infinite gold. But on a fking dev server for testing purpose and you no longer give a fk about playing the game.
DO NOT DO ACTIVISION!!! Why is this even a question
activison which at least makes product. at least your conscience will be clear for not working for a company that makes you the product
True, I guess the answer is obvious lol
