Facebook or Fox?
I got two offers FB- 120 base Fox Corporation- 135K base both will have a TC thats still under negotiation. im coming from amazon with a very shitty base salary. I am concerned about Fox because even though its not Fox News, it still has a stigma. I am not a part of a political party. Which one should I take?
The stigma against FB is about as bad. I would go with Fox just because it's almost 10% better, are there other parts to TC?
It’s equity and bonus. FB will have equity, but I learned my lesson at amazon not to rely any salary based off of that. Fox won’t have equity, just bonuses.
Hmmm, at the end if the day you have to make a choice between staying in FAANG and having a more consistent resume, or taking a 10% raise. IMO FAANG is overrated.
If you are in tech roles, FB is no brainer.
Fb will have more value add to ur resume.

Both perpetuate false narratives. That being said, it’s probably easier to recruit for Facebook.

Pick Fox and be ready to worship Donald Trump and the GOP
I’d take the FB gig. Put in 18 months and start interviewing at companies you actually want to work for. Your FAANG experience should open some doors.
