Hi! I know that each Facebook interviewer sends individual feedback. My question is the following - what happens if you have excellent feedback in 2-3 interviews and some rather "not-paying-enough-attention" mistakes in one problem from another interview (receiving, thus, mixed feedback for that one, I guess). How much does this mixed feedback influence the decision process and what would be the most likely outcome (i.e. how much are you allowed to screw up in a single interview in order to still get an offer), considering that all other interviews went, as mentioned, pretty smoothly? Some personal anecdotes would also be fine! Thank you!
Individual interviewers first submit their feedback without talking to others. Then they exchange notes in a group chat, addressing any concerns. After that, recruiter and some interviewers (those who like you) will go into Candidate Review and fight for you. Review happens on Tuesday and Thursdays. It is still possible (not guaranteed) to get an offer. I know waiting is torture, but treat yourself a nice dinner and relax. You will get the call soon enough :)
You are right, but after all that the hiring committee reviews everything and make a final decision (they call is level 2 approval also). You dont need to ace all the interviews to the best. You still have a chance.
Thanks guys, fingers crossed then I guess!
Did you hear back?
Yes, I actually got the offer 😃

Why is Tesla so shady with marketing?
You won’t like the answer - it depends. Will vary based on the feedback, interview type, strength of the overall packet, etc.
