Not particularly true. I did a really shitty, half-assed phone interview with FB that was super underwhelming. 2 months later, FB recruiters were pinging me again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm actually happy where I'm at now. This was when I worked at Western Digital. About a week after the FB interview I started interviewing with Nvidia.
